Welcome to CricNext. By downloading, accessing, or using the CricNext mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of Service

CricNext is a digital sports engagement platform that allows users to predict live cricket match outcomes in real-time. The Application is strictly for entertainment purposes. CricNext is not a real-money gaming or gambling platform.

2. Virtual Currency and Rewards

The Application may feature a virtual currency ("Credits") and digital rewards (such as "Flex Cards" or leaderboard rankings). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Credits have no real-world cash value.
• Virtual Credits cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the Application.
• CricNext reserves the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual Credits and rewards at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Application, such as global leaderboards, you may be required to create an account via third-party authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that the display name and profile picture associated with your account comply with our community guidelines and do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit the prediction engine, API, or leaderboards.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Application.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Application.

CricNext reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, and UI/UX design within the Application (excluding third-party team logos and aggregated public sports data) are the exclusive property of CricNext and its founder. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate, real-time sports data, CricNext makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the live match data or prediction syncs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricNext and its Founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Application.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
