Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Additionally, depending on your region, you can manage or revoke your consent for personalized advertising at any time by navigating to the "Manage Ad Privacy" option within the Application's Profile screen.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data (such as your display name, profile picture, and prediction history), you can do so directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account. If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to request data deletion, please contact us at founder@cricnext.xyz and we will process your request promptly.
The Application acts as a content aggregator and displays publicly available sports media. We do not claim ownership over the external media shown in the shorts feed. If you are a copyright owner (or an agent thereof) and believe that any content displayed within the Application infringes upon your copyrights, please contact our team at founder@cricnext.xyz with details of the specific content. We respect intellectual property rights and will remove unauthorized content within 24 to 48 hours.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at founder@cricnext.xyz.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
